HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim for all personalised orders to be delivered within 10 working days of purchase , and within 15 working days for International orders.
(Working days: Monday- Friday excluding bank holidays)
We are not responsible to you for any delays in the delivery of items that are caused by events outside of our control.
To avoid any delays in your order being processed, please make sure all details are entered correctly as this can slow the production process down resulting in delayed delivery.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship internationally. If you have any problems with shipping at checkout please contact us and we will try to get that sorted for you as quickly as possible.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are an international customer and your order is stopped by customs. This is out of our control. We are not responsible for any additional import/custom charges.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Most of our items are eligible for our refund policy. If your order is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it.
If you would like to return an item please contact us by email and we will try help you as best as we can.
