Once your order has been posted you will receive an email from us with the tracking information to follow its delivery with Evri (UK Orders) or Royal mail (International Orders).

We aim for all UK orders to be delivered within 10 working days from purchase and 20 working days for international delivery. 

NOTE: 

We are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of items that are caused by events outside of our control.

To avoid any delays in your order being processed, please make sure all details are entered correctly. 

We ship internationally

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are an international customer and your order is stopped by customs. This is out of our control. We are not responsible for any additional import/custom charges.

We are not informed about customs charges before shipping.

Any customs charges added to your order are out of our control. We are not responsible for any additional import/custom charges.

Unfortunatley once you have submitted an order we cannot make changes or cancel it as our digitizers start working on creating the embroidery files for your products as soon as it is confirmed.

(If your order hasn't been produced or posted yet, we can offer you a partial refund where £15 will be deducted from the full refund in reflection of the work that has already been put in)

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for our personalised ​items as they are custom made to each order. However, if your items are faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it.
